Transparent and reflective originals, handled according to format, condition and intended use.
We work with personal archives, photographers, publishers and production teams, adapting the workflow to each material rather than relying on one universal scanning method.
That is why we maintain multiple professional systems in one lab — so the workflow can be adapted to the original, not forced into one machine.
Our lab combines drum, virtual drum and high-end flatbed systems so we can choose the most suitable workflow for each original. Sharpness, density range, format flexibility and intended output all matter — which is why scanner choice should follow the material, not the other way around.
Scan Hub is a Prague-based photographic lab focused on high-end digitization of film, slides, transparencies and selected reflective originals. Our work combines technical precision with careful physical handling: inspection, cleaning, anti-static preparation, test scanning, final capture and, when needed, retouching or print preparation.
Inspection, cleaning, film preparation, test capture, approval and final scanning are all part of a controlled workflow designed to protect the original and improve the result.
