HIGH-END DRUM SCANNER

ICG® 380 Drum Scanner

Our most specialised drum-scanning system for demanding film originals, selected when maximum tonal depth, shadow separation and enlargement potential are essential.
  • Used for the most demanding transparency and negative scanning projects
  • Particularly strong in tonal depth deep-shadow separation and highlight control
  • Selected when file headroom and enlargement potential matter most
  • Operates within the same calibrated workflow as the rest of the lab
description

The ICG 380 is used for film originals that justify a true drum-scanning workflow: demanding transparencies negatives and other materials where maximum extraction of detail and tonal information is important. It is especially relevant for originals intended for large reproduction fine printing publishing exhibition work or critical archive preservation.

At Scan Hub the ICG 380 is not presented as an isolated prestige machine but as one part of a calibrated multi-scanner environment. That means it is chosen when it is genuinely the right technical path for the original while still allowing direct comparison with Flextight and flatbed workflows in the same lab.

About the Lab
A controlled environment for demanding originals
Scan Hub is a Prague-based scanning lab built around careful handling, calibrated workflows and the right equipment for each original.
  • High-end drum, virtual drum and flatbed scanning in one lab
  • Workflow matched to material, condition and intended output
  • Calibrated path from capture to retouching, proofing and print
  • Suitable for archives, publishers, artists and collectors

We built the lab to keep critical decisions in one place: inspection, scanner selection, capture, colour-managed file preparation and output planning. This makes the process more consistent, more transparent and safer for fragile or important originals.
